find the freedom

Crossfire has no rules and no boundaries.  We work from anywhere in the world, with the people we love and on projects that inspire us. We embrace happiness, balance and freedom; to be creative; to express ourselves and to live a life which allows our imaginations to fly.

Partner & Exec Producer

Dave Graham

Dave started his career in music videos, working as a commissioner at Island Records and travelling the world with bands and artists such as Amy Winehouse, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and the Sugababes. From there he made the transition to advertising, working for the likes of McCann Erickson, Karmarama and Sapient Nitro, where he produced commercials and content for brands such as Mastercard, Sony Ericsson and Volvo. Crossfire is the culmination of all that’s come before, a life-long passion for creatively brilliant work and an addiction to all the weird and wonderful journeys the world of production can take you on.

producer & creative director

Hazel Graham

Hazel worked in publishing for 14 years. Starting out at Harpers Bazaar and Esquire she worked her way up to Deputy Art Editor at the Radio Times, where she art directed stills shoots with famous names such as Dame Judi Dench, Sir Bruce Forsyth, Will.i.am, Gary Barlow and Ricky Gervais to name but a few. Creating concepts for shoots from Strictly Come Dancing to Little Dorrit she worked with the best photographers, producing timeless shoots and turning them into striking covers and layouts. Starting up a design arm for Crossfire in 2014 was the natural next step producing work, both in print and digital, for magazines and brands, encompassing websites, adverts, books, brochures, catalogues and everything inbetween. Nothing makes her happier than a beautiful design and a satisfied client.
